Katrina Fletcher - Principal

Katrina is the managing director of Elite Super and has 15 years experience in the SMSF & accounting profession. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAA). She has SMSF professional advisory qualifications through the Strategist Group (Tribeca) and attained an Advance Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) also through Tribeca. She holds (SPAA) membership accrediation as a SMSF advisor. She also has a considerable legal background being a former partner in a legal & accounting practice and currently studying a Bachelor of Laws at the University of New England.

Karen has a Bachelor of Business Major in Accounting. She has specialised in SMSF's over the past 4 years and has a considerable technical backgound in SMSF's. Karen is currently studying for her CPA accreditation.

Paula Squires – Administration Manager

Paula joined our team in 2008 and has specialized in the management of SMSF audits in our practice. Paula manages the work flow of the SMSF audits including file management, and job control.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Major in Accounting and has recently joined our team. She has a public practice back ground and is specialising in SMSF audits. Melissa has a great technical background in SMSFs audits.
