The Elite Compliance Package

These package fees are subject to extras and deductions – see brochure for details. These prices include GST.

2. Compliance Rectification

The fee structure for complete compliance rectification of a problem fund is as follows

1. A flat fee of $950 including GST will be imposed for a detailed statement of advice regarding the compliance problems of the fund. This is a written statement addressed to the trustees through your firm

2. An hourly rate will be imposed for regaining compliance after the trustees have accepted the statement of advice as follows –

• - For clients already with Elite $170 - $200 incl GST
• - For consulting only clients $200 - $220 incl GST

The Elite Audit Only Package

These package fees are subject to extras and deductions – see brochure for details.

If the audit contains a breach that is required by the ATO to be reported to them, an extra $200 incl GST is added for an auditor contravention report and audit qualification depending on the number of breaches and the simplicity of the rectification. (This includes detailed management letter outlining the breach and also advice to the accountants/trustees to rectify the breach).

The Elite Technical Advice Package

An hourly rate will be imposed for written technical advice as follows –

• - For clients already with Elite $170 - $200 incl GST
• - For consulting only clients $200 -$ 220 incl GST

Note that often the query make take a few minutes over the phone / email to sort out, and this advice is free to Elite Super clients.

The Elite Establishment Package

1. SMSF

• Trust Deed package for individual trustee $1000 incl GST
• Trust Deed package with corporate trustee $2000 incl GST

2. Pensions

Per member $450 incl GST

There is a deduction of 10% for the second member on the above package fees.

3. Upgrade of Trust Deeds

SMSF trust deed upgrade to current SIS Law $440 incl GST

Flat fee for minute / template toolkit –

• For Elite Super Clients Free
• For Elite Toolkit only $330 incl GST 

This toolkit is a series of word documents containing all minutes / templates for the establishment of the fund, annual compliance minutes, deeds of trust, 14 different types of investment strategies (depending on the trustees risk profile), minutes to buy/sell investments, and other compliance minutes, templates and letters.

The Elite SMSF Pension Toolkit

Flat fee for toolkit -

• For Elite Toolkit only $300 incl GST

This is a complete toolkit containing word documents for Account Based Pensions; and Transition to Retirement Pensions including Product Disclosure statements, minutes, letters etc.
